Positional Masterclasses
Bayou VBC offers Positional Masterclasses for athletes who want to take a deep dive into the specific skills of their position. Classes are available in setting, defense, and hitting/blocking, each led by experienced coaches who break down the technical and tactical details that make a difference at a high level. These small-group sessions are ideal for players looking to elevate a specific aspect of their game beyond what traditional practice allows.
The Floor General Sessions
The setter is the quarterback of the offense. Led by Club Director Marcus Cepeda, this clinic focuses entirely on elite setting mechanics, footwork to the ball, squaring up, and offensive decision-making. We train our setters to lead the court, run a dynamic offense, and better the ball on every single touch.

Libero & Defense Masterclass
Defense wins championships. Led by defensive specialist Coach Bryce Park, this session is for athletes who refuse to let the ball hit the floor. We focus on serve-receive platform angles, reading the setter and hitter, emergency defensive pursuit, and owning the back row. Strictly capped at 8 athletes per session to ensure maximum reps and personalized instruction.

Led by former Division I athlete Coach Colby Landry, this masterclass is strictly for pin hitters and middles who want to terminate the ball. We break down approach footwork, aggressive arm swing mechanics, transitioning off the net, and shot selection to help you score efficiently both in and out of system.
